I suspect it's more so that while lots of men would think your daughter is pretty, very online guys who drone on about this issue tend to be, um, wonky.
Your daughter needs somebody who isn't "very online".
There's a part of me that feels you should be patient, and she needs to grow and develop and concentrate on her schooling, but I'm biased for various reasons.
Yes, I was in the camp that told my niece to Stay Away From Boys.
Your daughter is obviously in the wrong place.
Or those men are lying, and maybe it's a good thing because some of those guys are scary.
So what’s the rest of Germany? “Dragons Be There?”
"Fix our structural deficiencies and become competitive?"
"No, let's use somebody else's currency!"
*Best cars.*
The people who invented the car are in the land to the west along with that other company that makes *really, really, really* good sports cars.
Just remember, nobody wants a 7 Series or a A8 except the head of the CSU. :-)
Weekend in Italy?
To think the best you can do from NYC is the Adirondacks and the Jersey/Delaware shore.
*locking everyone in their houses again, so it'll be fine*
FWIW, unless he's trying to lose, I suspect the restrictions will be limited to a handful of blue places. Even the 2020 stuff was basically all managed at the state and local level, not the Feds. 2021-22 was basically red places ignoring the CDC.
I forgot to mention that supposedly, a lot of the student loan debt holders used the pause in payments to accrue more debt. Some credit cards, some car loans, some mortgages. They converted their payments into future debt repayment on sprinkles on top.
Yes, it seems silly, but it's America. It's how we keep the economy going. Lending somebody stupid amounts of money keeps the lights on at some German facility that makes the boutique components that are used to provide a finished product in exchange for the loaned money.
Some people are considering boycotting their repayments. Some in the hopes that it will force the cancellation, others because they can't afford it, and as somebody noted, if paying student loans makes it impossible to leverage credit, who cares about having good credit?
They’re still at Dollar Tree but they’re defaulting on their other bills like utilities, credit cards, and car loans.
I also suspect they’re the market for the guys selling stolen merchandise from stores.
*Haiti trauma. I get it.*
I work in NYC, so I get to see some of NYC's population at its best and worst. :-/
We ended up doing that because we feared the old people clogging up hospital capacity. Also, allegedly, some of the people that run the nursing homes have contributed the campaign of our previous governor...
It also doesn't help that we have nurses and other allied staff that work in multiple facilities. So they ended up virus bombing multiple patients at multiple facilities...
It's weird, but I read far less of the HBD stuff, but the racists have started leaking into Twitter. There's a reason why the lefty types hate Musk for ruining their little nerd paradise.
It's still hard to leave that frame of reference when you've been redpilled, and you sometimes see the worst examples in the world around you, including your own family.
Is the "hype" happening in Germany as well, or this a US thing?
Admittedly, we've been scarred given how things played out in New York and the nasty death rate compared to most other first world countries, so there's always going to be that weird contingent that wants to avoid the virus and prevent it from spreading around, especially with our wonky healthcare system and unhealthy population.
*Focus on what matters.*
They matter because if they pollute the communal mindspace and manage to redpill everybody, then things become difficult for people like me. Hence the appeal of censoring the hell out anybody who says bad things.
Uganda is less awful, but it's not exactly the best case scenario to prove that the racists are wrong.
East Asia is still wealthier and stable than much of the non-Western world. That blows away everything else.
IOW, would you rather be in Haiti or Taiwan?
It's hard to have better arguments when we're not exactly doing well. :-/
It's an easier sell if we had, you know, Asian stats.
I've jokingly said that Catholicism is the penalty brake application against the worst excesses of HBD.
With that said, because I'm in the "we have to make them like us camp", it's hard to come up with an alternative if we can't make them like us, so it feeds the bad thoughts monster. And the bad thoughts are far more compelling as a solution to a problem that must be solved at all costs. You can't stop caring about what they thing because they're poisoning the minds of other people who are swayed by their arguments.
