Thanks. I don’t do yoga often enough to do it on my own either. Want to make it a daily routine. I really need to prioritize mobility.

I like both but prefer bouldering. Haven’t gone in 2 years though because I had a shoulder injury and then slacked on getting back.

Eager to get back out there soon. Was supposed to go last weekend but that fell through.

I like this. Need to prioritize my core.

Def gets the heart rate up.

Got one of these and a chin up bar upstairs. Pull-ups and chin-ups are the toughest/best upper body workout IMO.

Dinner last night at the best Thai restaurant in the city. Some of the best food I’ve ever had.
