for the public ones, set the read arrow (down) on red, just click, and you'll literally see the spam disappear brother.
click on the number/number upper right on the screen, there you will see the list of relays, and all of them have 2 arrows, down is read, up is write.
get few paid relays, set them to write and read + filters
get few public relays set them to write only, not read.
