It can be worthless to you, but not to others. That's how value works. It is subjective. About 98% of the planet values "likes" more than zaps at this point cause they still believe Bitcoin is a scam. Obviously that will change, but I don't think they'd ve willing to switch to a social media protocol with reduced functionality to what they're used to.
