It seems like bone mass alone is not enough to explain the difference in protein density between a chicken drumstick, chicken wing, and chicken breast.

Sounds like trust in a third party is still required.

The monetary policy is inconsistent, mutable, and centralizing. No one can trust what its inflation will be in the future, and it is too expensive for everyone in the world to personally verify functionality.

How is this self-sufficient? Wouldn’t someone that isn’t knowledgeable about Bitcoin find the same argument applicable to anything remotely scarce?
