Is there a name for time interval berween two difficulty adjustments? Similarly as time between two halvings is often referred as “epoch”?

Someone on reddit who lost everything in Celsius scam told me that he is not touching anything what is not FDIC insured. So he basically secured his money using a “promise” instead of math and physics and now he is not willing to secure it other way than with other promise. Very disturbing.
I use WoS, also Phoenix. I wonder if there is ios bitcoin wallet that allows key self custody and has advanced functions like fee adjustmens and can generate new receiving address for every transaction.
