nostr:npub1tm99pgz2lth724jeld6gzz6zv48zy6xp4n9xu5uqrwvx9km54qaqkkxn72 is half way there, but it lacks an option to let the note to be seen by everybody but allowing only the mentioned ones to reply, it will be perfect to have who can view and who can reply separated.
I am wondering if the protocol allows it at all?
With that feature the company I work for would consider getting a precense in Nostr as they do in X for informing clients and PR only.
They don't have a dedicated person for social networks, therefore they won't use a social app without that feature.

1. You can add short cut zap amounts, so they show when you are going to zap, you don't have to change every time
2. You can make your zaps PRIVATE (only you and the zapped will know) or ANONYMOUS (nobody will know who zapped, neither the zapped), on top of the default PUBLIC
3. If you are into testing the innovative cashu wallets you can add, using NWC (Network Wallet Connect) your wallet to zap others, if you don't, when you click ⚡, a pop will ask you the first time to choose your LN⚡ wallet, if only one wallet it will open and load the invoice for you to do the zap
