Recently passed 100 days of no alcohol. Started as dry January but just continued. Recently quit coffee, chocolate and sweet treats! Increased creatine, magnesium, zinc! Consuming a variety of fermented products: sauerkraut, kefir… Not slept as well in years, very little brain fog and a general feeling of awesomeness. Here’s to another 100 🥛
1 week on and added magnesium supplements and creatine. Not just the dreams but the increase in mental clarity and confidence.

Day 5 of no coffee. Day 2-3 had the bad headaches. Feeling much fresher and no brain fog. But the biggest thing, the dreams! Wow! The past 2 nights, not had such wild and vivid dreams in years.
