"Itβs a basic human right to have a private conversation. To have those rights realized in the digital world, the best technology we have is end-to-end encryption."

I2P has an application layer, and it needs more people creating communication options for people to use on the network.
There is no reason ever for this. Now, more than ever we need to be working on creating and implementing familiar and usable applications for the I2P network. None of this gets any better. Your privacy matters. Your traffic should not be available for monitoring or hoarding by any third party, EVER.
I believe that I2P transport capabilities are part of an overall more resistant communication ecosystem. I would encourage anyone who wants to ensure that their privacy aware tools and technologies are made accessible to consider I2P interoperability.
I will be attending RightsCon next week to meet with anyone who would like to learn more about the network, join development, or considering funding.
The I2P network is proving its ability to keep people in countries facing information restrictions connected. We are learning more about how people want to use the network everyday.
People mirror and make accessible internet properties that may be censored, allowing access to news and services. It is a place where people can make available privacy tools that may otherwise be restricted, or put a person at risk when accessing them on the internet.
