I've described here that no doctor helped me and I just started experimenting to heal myself and since the food and environment is the only thing I can change so I changed it and it helped so far, by time will tell

I maybe will do some of this later but I don't know why anymore, I've made a lot of blood tests during my medical treatment and other analyses it didn't help

I've started 30 December 2024 so about 46 days

I really started eating more, and I kinda like it, not sure yet but it looks like I was never eating enough
