My wife really does bring out the best in me. I have a degenerate streak in me which she helps tame a bit. But I also have an outside the box mindset. She helped push that even further over the years. I found btc early but she pushed me to quit my job and pursue trading. I’ve been doing that 6 years now.

I’ve been here for a while but I started to get more active here. I mostly talk about btc trading, macro, fitness, and cooking

Trying a little cut tomorrow. Basically going to eat 4 pasture raised eggs for bfast w/ lmnt water and black coffee. 2 triple zero yogurts at 10 and then again at 2. 1 lb of ground beef with Siete seasoning. Then for dessert 1 cup of Kalona whole milk w 2 scoops of ascent choc protein whey powder. Collagen and Creatine. About 1750 cals. Trying to do this 3 days and then carb cycle. Down about 34 lbs since Dec. prob have another 20 to go to where I want to be. 6-5 and 215 currently

I think btc is about .1% adoption in terms of active users, and it’s .12 in terms of economic weight (1.1 tril out of 900 sov assets) l. Nostr is .00025% (20k users out of 8 bil people)

As I get better and better at cooking restaurants are less appealing. It’s nice not to have to do dishes but honestly my quality of food is just as good in most instances. And over time your taste buds change too
