Saylor is doing the right strategy. Taking advantage of the high p/e multiples in tradfi markets, but he needs to be cognizant of his average BTC purchase price. If it gets to high and BTC ends up having a disappointing bull or deep bear then he might have trouble servicing debt. I think he will be fine though

Depends what you are trying to optimize for. Losing weight? Carnivore pretty great for that. If you’re an athlete or a bodybuilder then no carb isn’t generally seen as optimal. Carbs also help thyroid function. There’s a lot of nuance to this topic
Eating seed oils occasionally is not optimal but you won’t spontaneously combust if you do. You’re not as soft as charmin
I truly feel like if people did the following they would feel much better:
1. Eat Whole Foods based mainly around meat/eggs
2. 15k steps a day
3. Get some time outside every day (sunrise/sunset best)
4. Time with family/loved ones
5. Sauna
6. Lifting weights
Do this and I promise your life will improve
People who don’t drink love to talk about it. It’s like cool bro to each their own lol
