I didn’t think big enough.
The Life Mastery #planner I got has a front loaded approach. You’re supposed to go through various exercises that make you work backwards from your goal- not anything new or revolutionary. It’s also blank to allow for starting at any point in the calendar. (I love it).
I filled out what I could without going deep. My intent was to become disciplined and fill in the blanks as ideas would come to me. So far, that approach has made me realize I’m not thinking big enough.
After writing down my steps to reach my #goals, I discovered most of the goals could be reached in a couple months or even weeks. That shocked me. This #journal was asking what I could accomplish by the year’s end! It’s a marathon, not a sprint.
#Massive goals like that are hard to envision for most. I’m no different.

This morning's #reflection is trying to wrap my head around January. nostr:npub1uwphpkncm7mkku2y3mu538686az94pal277lfsyfsuv7jf6htfzq6s9jgk and I came up with common goals for #2024, and things seem to be off to a good start. I'm not perfect, but I have been extremely consistent with developing new habits. Unfortunately, this has made me realize that my #goals for the year are too low. I need to #thinkbigger.
