What's everybody up to today?

Trying to stay focused at work but Nostr always gets the best of me. Still holding out hope for this one deal Iβve been working for over a year to close by the end of the work day!
How about you?!
Awww, thank you for asking. Got to get focused today. Need to catch up on my "land patent liaison" work today and put a few solid hours. Also, got to source some drinking water as apparently there's no filtered water and only city water in the house I am staying for the next 2 weeks. π
Have a therapy session scheduled too.
And hope I'll have some time to study the UX design course I started a few days ago.
So gonna try to limit my compulsive thumb motion pressing the #Amethyst app today.

Putting my time in at the fiat mine.
Got to do, what you got to do... What's that for you?
Nothing special. Zapping, nostring... A good book, something to eat and sleep. Unfortunately, the cat is a bit ill.
Trying to exercise as much as possible without injuring myself..π
While getting other things done..π₯Ήπ
Healthy, but could be stronger..πͺπ€€
Awww, I love that for you! Definitely, feel supportive to my goal to get in some movement in today. Probably a walk and at least one 4 minute nitric oxide dump sequence I have been intending to get back to doing again. It's quite a quickie get back in shape hack.
Sounds like fun if you're young and healthy. I've never done that. When I was young and innocent, I did similar things. But far more dangerous.
An RN I dated was into inhaling eitherane (enflurane). Super intoxicating. Maximally dangerous. Eventually she accidentally killed herself with it..π
She fell back, and passed out on the bed alone. With an eitherane soaked rag over her nose..β°οΈ

Oh let me clarify. The 4 minute nitric oxide is really good and a healthy thing for you... Here's the 2min summary of what it is - https://youtu.be/0gaA_uqHIh0?si=_os-T2hnM9bw2F-Q
Look up the link in the notes to see if.
Interesting, my only familiarity with nitrous oxide is as an anesthetic gas used in dentistry.
But you had to have a medical doctor standby whenever it was used back in the day.
Apparently it's not really used anymore because of it causing death from hypoxia.
But this is apparently something else you're talking about. Take care. Be careful..π«
