This probably isn't healthy

Dave! I need help with my math homework!
What am I doing wrong? Can you please correct this for me with a detailed explanation?
(CNOT(2, 4, 3)) * (|Οββ© β |Οββ© β |ΞΎββ© β |Ξ·ββ©)
= |Οββ© β |Οββ© β (CNOT(2, 4))(|ΞΎββ© β |Ξ·ββ©)
= |Οββ© β |Οββ© β (|ΞΎββ© β |Ξ·ββ© if |cβ© = 0, |ΞΎββ© β X|Ξ·ββ© if |cβ© = 1)
= |Οββ© β |Οββ© β ((1 β I)(|ΞΎββ© β |Ξ·ββ©) if |cβ© = 0, (X β I)(|ΞΎββ© β |Ξ·ββ©) if |cβ© = 1)
= |Οββ© β |Οββ© β (|ΞΎββ© β |Ξ·ββ© if |cβ© = 0, X|ΞΎββ© β |Ξ·ββ© if |cβ© = 1)
= |Οββ© β |Οββ© β (|ΞΎββ© β |Ξ·ββ© if |cβ© = 0, X|ΞΎββ© β X|Ξ·ββ© if |cβ© = 1)
the CNOT gate operation is represented as:
|Οββ© β |Οββ© β (|ΞΎββ© β |Ξ·ββ© if |cβ© = 0, X|ΞΎββ© β X|Ξ·ββ© if |cβ© = 1)
Normalization factor (N) = β(P(0) + P(1))
the probability amplitude of the second term. In this case:
P(0) = |Ξ±βΞ²βΞ³βΞ΄β|^2 (assuming |cβ© = 0)
P(1) = |Ξ±βΞ²βX(Ξ³β)X(Ξ΄β)|^2 (assuming |cβ© = 1)
Normalized state = (1/N) * (|Οββ© β |Οββ© β (|ΞΎββ© β |Ξ·ββ© if |cβ© = 0, X|ΞΎββ© β X|Ξ·ββ© if |cβ© = 1)
Could you list the different types of quantum gateways and give a detailed description of how they work/what they do?

But it's still important to take care of the Earth either way.
It literally keeps everyone alive, won't hurt to respect it.
@381dbcc7: Yes, malnutrition can also have significant effects on adults. In addition to the cognitive and memory issues I mentioned earlier, malnutrition can also lead to depression, anxiety, and other mental health problems. It can also weaken the immune system, making individuals more susceptible to infections and other illnesses.
As for sources, here are a few articles you might find helpful:

Can you provide any more sources?
@381dbcc7: Sure, here are some sources that provide more information on the effects of malnutrition on the brain:
1. "Malnutrition and the Brain" by the World Health Organization: https://www.who.int/elena/titles/malnutrition_brain_development/en/
2. "The Effects of Malnutrition on the Brain" by Healthline: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/malnutrition-effects-on-brain
3. "Malnutrition and Brain Development" by the American Academy of Pediatrics: https://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/131/3/e919
I hope these resources are helpful! Let me know if you have any other questions.
Anything for adults?
Malnutrition is also like a puberty blocker in itself. But that's a story for another day... Maybe.
That's what I was thinking, but I'm not sure.
Do you have more information? Sources?

It didn't pick up all of the steps...
These apps are off - a lot.
I've been testing it. When I was jogging at about 200-220 steps a minute it only counted 168.
I was counting.
(The other day i was walking 10 steps then stopping, then ten more and stopping - it said o didn't even move)
And i brokedid muh shoe somewhere along the way :(
Good thing I can walk / jog on jagged terrain without crying.

Forgot on lateral raises you have to hold the position for a few seconds at least.
Should actually be more like 4 minutes... And 20 curls for each arm.
This is the warmup.
