พึ่งรู้สึกตัวว่า... ผ่านไป 10 วันแล้วสินะที่เราไม่เข้าใช้งาน Facebook เลย.. เป็นไปได้ยังไงกัน?

ตลอด 2-3 ปีที่ผ่านมา FB นี่คือแอพลิเคชั่นหลักที่ผลาญพลังงานแบตเตอรี่และกินเวลาชีวิตผมมากที่สุดแล้ว.. ทั้งคุยเม้นกับเพื่อน ทำคอนเท้นต์ของ Right Shift ทำหน้าที่แอดมินจำเป็นบ้างเป็นครั้งคราว ไถฟีดฆ่าเวลาอย่างเลื่อนลอย เสพโดพามีนไปวันๆ อย่างไร้สติ ฯลฯ

ผมเคยหมกมุ่นกับการหาวิธีเอาชนะ Algos ของมันตลอดเวลา ผมยึด #หลักออสเตรียน กูไม่จ่าย!! กูจะสร้างคุณค่า วัดกันยาวๆ ..แต่แล้วก็พบว่า มันเหนื่อยเกินไป.. มันใช้เวลาชีวิตมากเกินไป

ผมเสียดายโอกาสที่จะได้เข้าถึงคนหมู่มากบน Facebook นั่นเหมือนกัน ..แต่ความคิดนั้นเรากำลังหลอกตัวเอง เราจะรู้ได้ยังไงว่าเราจะเข้าถึงพวกเขาได้จริงๆ ก็ในเมื่อมาไล่ปิดกั้นเรายังก็แมวไล่หนู

ผมถอนหายใจ แล้วบอกกับตัวเองว่า ยอมมันเหอะ.. ไว้โอกาสหน้าฟ้าใหม่ บิตคอยน์มีกระแสด้านบวกมากๆ ตอนนั้น Algos คงจะดันให้เราเอง.. ตอนนี้เหมือนน้ำน้อยสู้กับไฟ สู้ข่าวคนต่อยกันข้างถนนยังไม่ได้เลย

## ลาขาดอย่างออแกนิก

อาการ "เลิกเล่น" มันเกิดขึ้นเองอัตโนมัติ ผมไม่ได้ตั้งใจจะทำ หรือสั่งตัวเองให้ทดลองทำ ผมรู้ตัวอีกทีก็ผ่านไป 10 วันแล้วที่ไม่เข้าใช้งาน Facebook

จริงๆ แล้วคนที่ไม่ค่อยแฟร์ก็คือ ผมเอง ผมบอกน้องๆ ในทีมให้เข้าไปตอบโต้ ไถ่ถาม ประกาศสารทุกข์สุกดิบบนนั้นบ้าง อย่าทำตัวหายไปดื้อๆ แต่เป็นเองที่ไม่ยอมทำตามที่พูดบอกน้องๆ

นี่สินะ.. อาการตามจิตใต้สำนึก มันเกิดขึ้นเองโดยธรรมชาติ ในสนามที่เราเสียเปรียบแทบทุกด้าน เราไม่มีเหตุผลสักข้อที่ควรพาตัวเองไปลงเล่น

10 วันที่ผมไม่รู้สึกโหยหา หรือต้องพยายามอะไรเลย ผมไม่แคร์ ผมเป็นคนแปลก คำไหนก็คำนั้น ถ้าสมองใต้สำนึกบอกว่า กูไม่อยากเล่น ผมก็ยอมให้มันแต่โดยดี วันนี้ผมก็ไม่เห็นเกิดอาการแบบ "คนขาดยา" แต่อย่างใด..

## ต่อสู้กับความรับผิดชอบอันยิ่งใหญ่

แต่สุดท้าย... ผมก็ไม่ลืมว่า Right Shift ก่อตั้งขึ้นมาทำไม เรามีพันธกิจที่อยากจะช่วยให้หนทางหลุดพ้นทางความคิดแก่ผู้คน มันไม่ใช่เพียงบิตคอยเนอร์ที่เป็นเป้าหมายของเรา กลุ่มคนนอกแวดวงนั่นก็สำคัญ เราจะทิ้งพวกเขาไว้แบบนั้นจริงๆ หรือ?

จริงอยู่ว่า การเข้าใจในบิตคอยน์เป็นวาสนาส่วนบุคคลอย่างที่หลายคนเคยกล่าวไว้ แต่เราก็ต้องไม่ลืมว่า. มันมีน้อยคนที่ "บุญหล่นทับ" ตระหนัก ตื่นรู้ เข้าสู่โพรงกระต่ายได้ด้วยตัวเอง คนส่วนมากไม่ใช่แบบนั้น แม้แต่ตัวผมเองก็เช่นกัน

### ความไม่รู้นั้นไม่เคยผิด รู้ว่าผิดแต่ยังทำต่างหากที่เป็นเรื่องแย่

มีเยาวชนและผู้ใหญ่อีกหลายคนที่ไม่รู้กระทั่งว่า พวกเขากำลังไปผิดทาง และอาจไม่รู้ว่าเขาต้องการพวกเรา มีอีกหลายคนที่ต้องการคำชี้แนะ และข้อมูลความรู้ช่วยให้กระจ่าง เหมือนกับเราๆ ที่เคยได้รับสิ่งนั้นมาก่อนเช่นกัน

เราเป็นใครกันเหรอ? ถึงได้คิดว่าตัวเองถูกและคนอื่นกำลังผิด ..เราก็แค่คนที่ได้สัมผัสกับโอเอซีสท่ามกลางทะเลทรายอันรุ่มร้อน ที่แค่อยากจะชี้ทางให้กับคนที่กำลังจะขาดลมใจเพราะความร้อนและหระหายน้ำ ผมไม่แคร์ว่าคนจะมองเรายังไง

ผมและทีมงานรู้เพียงว่า.. เราควรทำกันต่อไป ถ้าใจเราสั่งมา

สำนวนปะกิดที่ผมชอบมาก มันช่วยเตือนสติให้ผมตระหนักถึงพลังของ Network อยู่ตลอดเวลา ยิ่งหลายคนยิ่งสนุก เรา Right Shift แค่สิบคนเศษๆ คงไม่มีพลังมากพอจะทำเรื่องยิ่งใหญ่อะไรได้ปานนั้น เราต้องการพลังของผู้คนอีกมากที่จะเข้าร่วม "บุญใหญ่" ในครั้งนี้

นั่นคือประโยคที่ผมเคยได้ยินเมื่อ 3 ปีที่แล้ว..

"เสียง" ที่ยังคงดังก้องในหูผมมาตลอด.. เสียงของลูกชายไร้เดียงสาที่ไม่รู้อิโหน่อิเหน่อะไร เด็กที่กำลังจะกลายเป็นเหยื่อของระบบเฟียตไปอีกคนในเวลาอีกไม่นาน..

ผมตามตัวเองทันทีในวินาทีนั้น..

## Not Quitting, Just Not Playing

I've just realized... it's been 10 days since I last used Facebook. How did that happen?

For the past 2-3 years, Facebook has been the main app draining my battery and consuming my time. Whether it's chatting with friends, creating content for Right Shift, sporadically acting as an admin, mindlessly scrolling through the feed, or indulging in dopamine hits, it's been a constant.

I've been obsessed with beating its algorithms, sticking to my #AustrianPrinciples— "I won't pay! I'll create value. Let's see who lasts longer." But then I realized, it's too exhausting. It takes up too much of my life.

## Enough Is Enough, Shady Apps

#Nostr may not be the marketing tool for Right Shift, and frankly, I don't care anymore. We've tried to disseminate information, but Mark Zuckerberg has been keen on silencing us. Our main page is even #Shadowbanned now.

### "I don't like playing on an unfair field."

I regret missing the opportunity to reach a broader audience on Facebook, but that's a self-deception. How can we reach them when we're being suppressed?

I take a deep breath and tell myself, "Let it go. New opportunities will come. When Bitcoin gains more traction, the algorithms will push us naturally." For now, it's like a small stream fighting a fire; we can't even compete with street fights making the news.

## An Organic Farewell

The "quitting" happened naturally. I didn't plan it or force myself. I just realized it's been 10 days since I last logged into Facebook.

Ironically, the unfair one is me. I tell my team to engage, respond, and announce on the platform. Yet, I don't follow my own advice.

So here it is, a subconscious decision. It happened naturally. In a field where we're at a disadvantage, there's no reason to play.

For the past 10 days, I haven't felt the need or urge to do anything. I don't care. I'm an oddball, and if my subconscious says, "I don't want to play," I listen. I haven't experienced any "withdrawal symptoms" either.

## Fighting a Greater Responsibility

But in the end, I haven't forgotten why Right Shift was established. We have a mission to enlighten people, and it's not just about Bitcoiners. What about those outside the circle?

Understanding Bitcoin is a personal enlightenment, but we shouldn't forget that not everyone is "blessed" to stumble upon this knowledge. Even I wasn't.

### Ignorance is never wrong; knowing it's wrong and still doing it is terrible.

Many youths and adults are unaware that they're heading in the wrong direction. They may need us, and many more need guidance and enlightenment, just like we once did.

Who are we to think we're right and others are wrong? We're just people who've found an oasis in a scorching desert, wanting to guide others who are parched and lost. I don't care how people see us.

My team and I know that we should continue if our hearts tell us to.

## The More, The Merrier

A phrase I love, reminding me of the power of networks. The more people involved, the more fun it is. Right Shift, being just a handful of people, can't achieve something grand. We need more people to join this "greater good."

Those are the words I heard three years ago.

The "voices" still echo in my ears— the voice of an innocent child, unaware of the world, soon to be another victim of the system.

I snapped back to reality at that moment.

I choose to help more kids, not just my own.

The journey is still long, and I might die before I succeed.

Just finished teaching a class of 8 years old about the evolution of money

We started with a simple question, what is money?

The answers I get from these kids are pretty cool.

"It's something you use to buy things with"

"It's a medium of exchange"

"It's used in trades"

"It's made of paper and paper is made from trees."

"It's made if a special kind of paper that only the government can use."

Moving on, we did a lot of tole playing through the ages.

Starting off with bartering, childrens were asked to keep track of all the different exchange rates for each items from each seller/buyer.

Then we changed to seashells, childrens were using bags of seashells to buy stuff they want. But it's a bit cumbersome.

So we move on to gold nuggers, the the verification and measurement process takes a lot of time.

To help speed up trades childrens have the option to turn their gold nuggets into gold (chocolate) coins at the mint.

But then commerce grew and now the whole country is trading and transporting gold coins can be too risky.

So the mint, now a bank, offers paper money in exchange for gold coins. Only kids holding paper money can travel from their table to buy stuff from other tables. (I imposed a bit if a travel rule here)

But then I stepped in and offer to buy the goods at a higher price, but I don't have any money so I borrowed gold coins from the bank and exchanged my coins for paper money.

I was able to buy up all the cool toys, the seller became rich and I resell them at higher prices.

Kids who wants to compete are forced to also take out loans, leading to the bank printing more money.

The room is swimming in money.

Then I pose the question.

"Why do these paper money have value?"

"Do you think the bank have enough gold to cover all these paper money?"

To my surprise, this sparked a bank run. And only a few kids were able to redeem their chocolate gold coins.

The rich scalpers were left holding a bunch of worthless paper money.

And thus concludes the lesson.

That there is a difference between money and credit, and when shit hits the fan, it's always better to hold the harder and more liquid asset. And that banks and government should not be trusted just for convenience.
