I read yesterday that nostr:npub1yaul8k059377u9lsu67de7y637w4jtgeuwcmh5n7788l6xnlnrgs3tvjmf is working on something so I'm following him...
This is possibly a very daft question but which iOS client is the least sketchy in how it handles nsec?
Ideally I'd like to check how the dev looks after their fingernails before adding another client.
Any thoughts? #AskNostr
nostr:npub1yaul8k059377u9lsu67de7y637w4jtgeuwcmh5n7788l6xnlnrgs3tvjmf is working on an iOS signer so you don't have to anymore, but until then there are no options except to paste in your nsec and hope for the best.
On some web apps you have the option to use nsec.app for remote signing, but the UX is pretty rough...
Thanks, I'll keep an eye on Terry Yiu.
This Machine Flattens Your Old Warped Vinyl Records
“The aptly named “Flatten It” device is designed to do exactly what its name suggests: flatten warped vinyl records. This isn't some DIY hack; it's a purpose-built machine that uses carefully controlled heat and pressure to restore your records to their original, pristine condition.”
Some things improve over time. I don't ever recall seeing such a device back in the 1970s and 1980s when we all used vinyl records.
Nice to know there is a safe way of “tuning” your vinyl records. I still have all my old vinyl records (along with the player) and I certainly could have used this device back in the day. I loaned one record out to a friend, and she left it in her car, and the record buckled a bit. I had to throw that record away.
But this device is not at all cheap at US$850.

Jeez $850! I actually salvaged a record by it being in storage in a hot attic for several years. The records were very tightly packed and whilst not flat, it's actually playable which it wasn't...
Well at least I now know it's not just me being thick!
How are people on iOS handling signing into a new client without yoloing an nsec?
#AskNostr
#introduction inpc - previously inpc, new npub. Likely resetting nodes etc. in next few days so figured I'd do a Nostr cleanup.
Here for music and good times as per usual.
