So both the rich in poor and rich countries get separated by more of a divide between rich and the poor, regardlessly poor in rich countries or poor in poor countries. Ultimately the poor in rich countries drift into being poor as in poor countries.
The take: sad we have to simplify beyond touching the nucleus. That is: the rich are global, the poor are local.
