Have what I believe to be a lower thoracic vertebrae bulging out a tiny bit and it’s beginning to drive me absolutely mad. Can’t sit down. Can hardly lay down. Stopped lifting for a week, seems to be getting worse. It’s been like 1 year of this shit. Feels like an insane pressure pushing out of the side of my spine. Anyone here experienced this? I slipped L3 when I was a kid and had gnarly sciatica but this feels like a deep pressure and not a pinch.
