I would recommend starting with magnesium citrate, or a magnesium complex. There are quite a few bioavailable forms of magnesium. Citrate is one of the easiest to absorb. Many humans are probably deficient these days, and since it's water soluble, it's exceptionally hard to overdose.

Just like their attacks on Trump have made Trump more popular than he would be otherwise, the constant, unprovoked attacks on Russia/Putin have made Putin (who I don't think is a nice guy) seem like the only adult in the room. Their attacks are propping up their opponents instead of tearing them down and instead of adjusting tactics, they keep doubling down. Insanity!
