The trick is to find out what's the right attachment to use. Once you do that it rocks. Been mostly using it to improve blood circulation on my bum knee but also good for the neck & spine and whatever else ails you. I've even seen some with really long handles which makes sense if you're trying to reach your lower center back spot.

KFIV 1360 Modesto CA stream is really an m4a SBR stream not mp3 but may look like an MP3 to your player/recorder.

I had no problem playing from it but I couldn't record it as the codec would hang. Switched the recorder to direct stream copy mode and changed the file type to .m4a and VLC will play them. FFMPEG warns you but will transcode it if you like.
