When I feed myself, it’s mostly meat and eggs, with some sweet potato, dairy, apple, macadamia nuts, kimchi, raw honey, and peanut butter mixed in throughout the week to keep my gut regular. I always break fast with steak between noon and two in the afternoon and that usually keeps me full until family dinner. My weakness is chocolate but I go with 88%+ dark to avoid a lot of added sugar.
