Yeah, Supreme Court should be able to overrule lower federal courts, I get that, I am just wary of 5 of 9 fallible people at the Supreme level having too much power. I want more decentralized power at the state level, and the ability to impeach any judges that rule based on politics or social agenda vs the plain letter of the law.

That also means they have too much power. The opposite result can occur with just a few changes in the justices.

We are in full scale judicial lawfare directed against a duly elected president of the United States. A POTUS who won an historic mandate presidential election. The left cannot take it. Their selected activist judges in WDC and elsewhere are in full blown black robe tyranny. We already don’t trust the justice system, the intelligence community, our health system, the media, etc.

Why not allow @realDonaldTrump and his team to get in place and fix these severe lack of trust issues? If you’re scared you’ll get caught, come forward now and say you’re scared. We the people can forgive but bad news doesn’t get better over time. And if the news grows worse for you, trust that the punishment will do the same.
