Still wrecked from the flu 🤒… Went to the doctor this morning to get some rest days from work. Now I’m crashed on the couch, but my little one is here next to me, making sure I don’t actually rest. Oh well, that’s life! 😂

But listen to this… Yesterday, I got 5000 sats from @jack just for replying to one of his posts! This is Nostr! Absolutely insane—gave me chills. Jack sending sats to me… crazy! It means I’m integrating well here and my comments are hitting the mark. Still kinda shocked! Need to process this 😵‍💫⚡️

I used to be hypercritical and judgmental of myself.

“That’s just the way I am” I would say.

But then I realized: it wasn’t my voice at all. It was my father’s—echoing through the corridors of my mind, long after he had passed away.

When I realized that I began to reframe the way I would speak to myself.

Now I speak to myself the way I speak to my children. With love and grace and understanding.

And not surprisingly it makes it easier to be non-judgmental towards others.
