I would imagine that an open standard by which participants leverage personal WOT scores to determine the rules by which a bounty will be awarded requires no platform. A client to interact with such a standard would be better than a platform making use of a protocol, the way I'm thinking about it.

Shipyard seems to be "down". I was able to schedule posts but those then don't list in my pending notes and I logged out and couldn't log back in with Alby.
