I used CoinOS.io for bolt12 offer. It’s not entirely self sovereign as they host the node and I don’t think they let you hold your own keys. Perfect for small miners though.

It’s not about the size of the payout, it’s the fact that I just mined Bitcoin. Incredible feeling after so much trial and error setting up my own node, and joining the Ocean pool, and enabling lightning payouts. Non KYC sats are the best sats.
