They say at the end that it would be better to have equality instead of a matriarchy and that men and women can make it on their own merits. There's a little message about corporate incompetence and yet how the profit motive is not antithetical to good change. There's a little joke explaining to the audience that what they keep calling "fascism" is not really fascism unless it controls the flow of commerce.
It is a feminist movie that actually didn't make me gag as a man.
