Yeah it's low satiety food that causes obesity, and generally metabolic dysfunction. Seed oils, especially soybean oil and corn oil, cause tons of additional complications, including brain fog and, if persisted for many years, reduced brain development and increased risk of dimentia symptoms. They also are highly carcinogenic and cause inflammation.

It's ok. At some point it'll make sense why fiat cash holdings are unnecessary. You'll remember that borrowing is a thing and that you can take an overcollateralized loan to pay for things that need cash. The bitcoin is always going to be stable enough for that, thus the stability of fiat becomes unnecessary. Your reasons to wait may have been good ones, so don't feel bad!

Had a crazy cool day today. Got to meet fellow market anarchist Gary Chartier and chat libertarian philosophy and whatnot. Then a "bodyshop on wheels" sole proprietor happened by and offered to fix a dent in my car, and I orange pilled him after he said he doesn't take bitcoin.
