This is the easiest "solo pool" but have only used it with traditional bitcoin miners. Pretty sure core only allows asic miners now. It is technically a pool but allows you to solo mine, for sure a "lottery chance". Don't know how to start using no pool. Might point you in the right direction.
It is being supported by the 6J futures market. The west has a vested interest to keep it afloat, if it blows up the rest of the fiat currencies get massive pressure. The rest of the world cutting rates would relieve some pressure.
