I'm less interested in watching the fiat price than the movement of coins these days. There was also net outflows from exchanges. Price is pure noise.

My parents have been married for 60 years today. When I saw them last week, they were out in the yard together laughing and joking with each other. I had one of those moments where I saw the span of their lives together and the adventures they have had, in a flashing moment. They still live God, still love each other, and to this day laugh, and think outside the box.

Some people inherent wealth in the form of money. I have inherited the wealth of being raised by parents who loved each other openly, and us, every day. And I saw how they did it. The choices they made. Sometimes purely by choice and will. But they always did it. It’s a legacy I find more valuable than diamonds.

Good point. Would be interested to hear if you have examples. But nostr finance built on top of a social system could have a web of retputation and trust. The free market solves half the problem, observed good reputation can generate honest micro finance projects built on taproot and nostr.

If finance does come to nostr and it's NOT like the defi/sushi swap/vegetable-yield farming crap we got saddled with in the summer of '20 but based on WoT instead . . . I'm for that.

Actually, it's outright fraud to call this thing a BIG Mac these days.

My mother sacrificed her health to make sure my sisters and I had what we needed to thrive.

The other can read people and their actions pretty well.

And me?! still trying to figure me out. But my sisters trust me. And we're making do with what we have and I think we're doing OK.

The Alzheimer's episode are more frequent with mom. Combined with damage in the left frontal lobe from the strokes, makes it hard sometimes. But Mom is happy, knows that she is loved even when she's cursing me out bc I don't know what she's trying to tell me. 😅😂🤣

And that's the message I conveyed to our text thread tonight.

It's a fracking adventure if you choose to see it that way.

Being on nostr is great just for the simple fact that you aren’t running up against pentagon level psychological and brainwashing operations from global corporations and nation states.

It’s very calm and quiet.
