I was simply making a point about hypocrisy, how The Government Buying Bitcoin is "Good" according to some, while The U.S. making a Sovereign Wealth fund, or other similar practices would be considered Bad by those people.

Generally speaking, I see Bitcoin as money meant to be utilized, and spent, not as some scarce rock that everyone has to be paranoid about, and "HODL" indefinitely.

Bitcoin is valuable money but one that needs to circulate.

Because that would mean a stock that needs to be propped up, or bailed out has weak fundamentals, and cannot grow on its own.

Thus signaling to people that stock is unprofitable thus not worth investing into, and additionally to exit, and absorb that liquidity before anyone else could causing a downward spiral of selling, this accelerated selling would accelerate more selling especially with algorithms which amplify market action.

I am sure there might be but I am not currently aware of any specific examples.

Imagine, for a moment if the U.S. government printed $1 trillion to inject liquidity into the stock market, and stimulate the economy.

You know what would happen, people would sell their stocks even faster, inflation would skyrocket, and the economy would be worse off than it was before, same is true if The Government bought Bitcoin using The Money Printer.

Bitcoin was made to separate The State, and Money.

Why does NASA always send 1 robot to anywhere? You’d think if you’re going to go on a super long and challenging mission that you wouldn’t hedge your bet on 1 bot and instead launch multiple - at least 2 but up to 5 or something at once. Develop a compact deployment system and then deploy multiple bots for better survival. Also helps reduce production costs if you’re making more than one thing - I would think.
