I wake up everyday thankful for my wife, our son and the life that Bitcoin has enabled for us. We are becoming the best version of ourselves and it's thanks to what Bitcoin has done. We are the masters of our own destiny!

Decentralized or shitcoiner eyes?

One will lead the way

The other shall create dismay

Exactly! It's fucking hard to be a Bitcoiner in a fiat world where No one wants to pull their head out of the sand.

My sister litterally told me that she doesn't want to learn about bitcoin. She doesn't have "time" nor does she care about it.

I'm over here like "fine whatever, get wreaked in the future" but then I also think....fuck I can't let my family drown....

How the fuck do we do this?

Is everyone regarded or am I missing somthing?

This is a video you can and should propose to a nocoiner or whoever woul like to understand what #Bitcoin is and why from an economic point of view.

If you think I post too much about #bitcoin.. sorry, I am not sorry, mute me.

Everytime I day the word #bitcoin I can feel my wife roll her eyes.

I had a long conversation with my uncle last night. I was explaining the nessesity for him to self custody his coins. And how he can safely set up a wallet

Legit I'd turn to look at her and her eyes would be doing flips....

Someday she's going yo look at me and say "you were right" and I lige for that day.

Anyways my point is...NEVER STOP TALKING ABOUT BITCOIN TO EVERYONE!

Thank you that is all

Love to see it! Catch me making bitcoin logos the next time my wife starts making some

Exchanges like river hold the keys to the #Bitcoin that is "owed" to you. So theoretically they are not your coins.

When you self custody your Bitcoin in a self hosted wallet you do not have this issue. You become the point of failure for your keys not a third party.

If you take the extra step to secure your bitcoin in a hardware wallet where the keys are created offline and never connected to the internet, you now have ultimate cryptographic security.

The provider of the wallet does not matter as your keys are how you backup your Bitcoin. Do not store them on paper, stamp them on metal.

Take your #sats off of exchanges, keep your seed words safe. Back that shit up. Store your stack offline.

I enjoy my Passport by Foundation devices. It's the only hardware wallet I've ever used but it's incredible.

Super sleek, reminds me of an old school Nokia. Very easy to use.

There is also the cold card by coinkite I've heard great things about that one.

Bitcoin is the value. It's not a competition. There is only one immaculate currency, there is only one #Bitcoin.

If you don't see it yet you're not paying attention.

You make a very valid point. The lightning afress is very useful for fast payment between peers. I like the operability of it.

I have heard about getting "paid" via sats to watch ad content. I however had not thought of this aspect.

The fact is that no-one wants to be inundated with spam and ads wether there is a small payment attached or not. 9 times out of 10 the ad are not congruent with the persons lifestyle.

Getting paid .003 sats to watch anything is asinine. I guess the question, how can we change the model?

Is there a way we could block said ads? I'm not a coder or even very computer savvy so I don't know the process for this to happen.

But it seems to me that #Bitcoin and #Nostr are all about working out solutions

Dude thats awesome I generally only see perlers at raves and electronic shows... seeing someone making bitciin art with them has me all inspired and I kinda want to go get some perlers now.
