I very rarely truly get angry. But right now I’m pissed. I just want to move to Antarctica to be with the penguins - after I block his crazy ass and throw my phone in the river Thames. That would be nice. Just going off the grid. But it’s never so simple. I usually don’t block people, but he did ask. And I suppose sharing his texts is an invasion of privacy, except fuck him he can get fucked (as my American frens would say). And of course he’s still texting me, the unbelievable git.

Good morning nostrworld! Its a cold morning, so my coffee is especially good right now. I'm so glad we have a good woodstove on mornings like this. My husband kept it going thru the night, so it's nice and toasty in here. Nothing like the heat from a woodstove.

Nothing special going on today, I'll just be doing the regular chores around here and maybe do a little house cleaning. I have lots of deskwork to do, and its my least favorite thing, so we'll see. Hey nostr, checking in for the evening. It was chilly with a cold wind all day, so didnt hang out there too much, except for an afternoon walk earlier. Today I mostly got caught up on stuff after our trip, got a workout done (had more sweets than I should have), and took care of some desk work. After church this morning we stopped at the grocery store and ran into a friend that I used to work with at the hospital. She's going thru a very rough time. She's going thru a divorce after her husband left her for their daughter in law (yes, really). So of course her son is getting divorced too (it was his wife). A total shitshow. Then her sister died yesterday, after a long battle with cancer. I cant even imagine how she's handling all that. It reminds me that there are many people out there that are suffering and going thru terrible loss and pain. All I could think to say is that our doors are always open if she needs someone to talk to, or just to hang out. That conversation left me so sad for her.

Anyway, I hope yall had a good and relaxing Sunday. Make it a point to say something nice to a stranger. You never know how much that might mean to them. #grownostr #countrylife #homesteading

Good morming nostrword! It's coffee time, the time when I loosely plan my day, knowing other things will come up and demand attention. I have a few errands in town, then I really need to get my little kale starts planted. Indoors, I've got laundry going, then I must start thinking about what dish we'll be taking to Thanksgiving. We wont be hosting Thanksgiving, so we have to drive a few hours to get to a cousin's house.
