A bit sad carnivore day

At 8:00 in the morning I ate

500 gram of cottage cheese

with 50 gram of fat cream

500 gram of bone broth

at lunch I had a coffee with a little bit of fat cream

at about 22:00 I made a steak(550 gram) and because I was lazy to cook I drunk 10 raw eggs

400 grams steak

10 eggs with some cheese

a little bit of fat cream

and coffee

I made bone broth for first time

it was easy and i didn’t manage to eat everything on the photo because of this broth, somehow it was very nourishing for me

I usually eat 2 times per day, just was a bit busy that day

There’s not much to discuss yet since I was already in good health before.

I’ve definitely lost fat and become leaner, which looks great—especially considering how short the time frame has been and the fact that I haven't restricted calories. I think you could easily eat any other food 1–2 days a week, like pasta or pizza, without guilt. But at the same time, but if you eat on the diet properly enough, that is much easier than on any other diet, so you just don’t want other food that much.

My main issue—excessive sweating—has almost completely disappeared (about 90% better). Before, it was impossible to work out without a towel, but now I often forget I even need one.

I still have some minor issues and am curious to see how things will change. If I notice anything interesting, I’ll definitely share it.

But as I mentioned a few posts ago, this isn’t some miracle diet—no diet is. It’s just a very nutrient-dense way of eating that seems to support the body’s ability to regenerate by providing a lot of essential components in a relatively small amount of food.

No I didn't do this

I've described here that no doctor helped me and I just started experimenting to heal myself and since the food and environment is the only thing I can change so I changed it and it helped so far, by time will tell

I maybe will do some of this later but I don't know why anymore, I've made a lot of blood tests during my medical treatment and other analyses it didn't help
