I really started eating more, and I kinda like it, not sure yet but it looks like I was never eating enough
I like the proces, simple food simple life as intended and I used to
Few photos of what I eat recently on carnivore
Its mostlh meat eggs Ive added home made cottage cheese once a week, home fat cream, and raw liver just about 100-150 grams per week

What is that ?
14 eggs and 750 gram of fat meat
Okay it’s getting interesting )
guess how much meat and eggs here I ate

never was in africa before
but I’ll consider to go to South Africa
it costs base on regions, from 100k to few millions of $
I'm not hungry when I eat the way I described above.
I mentioned that I was surprised because, a few weeks ago, I was eating less. During the diet, I lost fat, gained muscle, and adapted to it, so I started eating more—but that was a bit unexpected.
I don’t know what a thyroid test is, but I’m okay with doing it. However, over the past year, I’ve done a lot of tests, and I don’t really see the point of them if, in the end, I still have to adapt my body to whatever works for me in a constantly changing environment around and inside me.
I started the animal-based diet because I had a few health issues, the biggest one being excessive sweating (I wrote about it on Nostr a month ago). Doctors, other diets, and medications didn’t help for almost 15 months, so I just gave up, I had motivation to trying what I do right know, it’s the only things changes for latest 45 days and it helped for now.
Time will tell
wow interesting story, maybe if I will have a community I will have the same problem and will look for a solution for what to answer about why i don’t have enough bitcoin)
about property it’s all together, first it was decision based on environment and that i don’t want to buy small apartment because it’s super expensive, than it became like lifestyle, don’t have that strength and desire yet to settle down in one apartment or house, I don’t understand it yet
I’m poor don’t have bitcoin just few sats for zaps and I look like homeless, always cry to people I don’t have money and talk about that I can’t afford my food, don’t have any property except notebook and phone
I never talked about reading bitcoin book or advised to read it to someone, I try to be an example my self in first place, it gives me a credit to talk about anything and people see me as a strange man but still i somehow functional and thriving.
It challenges them to study what I talk about
I don’t have meetups in my area, I want to start one with topic talking about how to store bitcoin and different kind of bitcoin hardware and software, like workshop to show people all these magic devices and apps and somehow teach people that it’s not electronic money like in your bank account but more like cash in your physical wallet
My mom just believe everything I told her so she is a little bit orange pilled and will buy bitcoin as soon as she closes her credit
i try don’t talk about bitcoin if people spend more than they earn, it’s like a test, if you have savings than we can talk about bitcoin soon)
I think every friend of mine knows about Bitcoin and somehow participate in staking of thinking about it more and more, I constantly speak about it, there are at least two that understand it super good that they must buy as much as possible
sometimes my friends want me to go with them to meet their friends and I refuse telling “if they don't speak about Bitcoin then I'm not interested, I don't have anything to say if it's not Bitcoin”
I like that Bitcoin only feeling )

GOD THANKS TO SOMEONE THAT INVENTED CAPS LETTERS
This is really cool information … converting your monthly spend is what I earn for my monthly salary.. Crazy that right? I’m convinced they make healthy food unaffordable for the average JOE to keep them unhealthy..
What’s your goal weight?
On another note have you started reading The Big Print - nostr:npub1d3f4m9dgvkdjxn26pqzsxn6lpfn78sxwllxyt8mp76q0a9zyyjlswhr4xv new book… really really good if you like reading!
Yeah, I still like these challenges, but I don’t like spending too much time thinking about how to be just a bit healthier—it feels like nonsense. I’d rather spend my time with friends, learning, engineering, or looking for business and work opportunities.
Staying fit and eating well require a lot of effort and discipline. I often tell my friends that training and healthy eating are for rich people—by "rich," I mean those who have a lot of free time and don’t stress much about the future.
Most of my friends who aren’t into Bitcoin are starting to turn into pumpkins, like in Cinderella, due to age and environmental factors. I’ve been more fortunate and lucky, thank God, but I still struggle with managing my life alongside everything else
my diet consists of more fat than protein
when I say meat it’s about 60-80% of fats and 20-40% of protein
I want to share my thoughts on the animal-based diet and what it has become for me. I don’t believe it’s specifically meat or eggs or cheese that makes the difference—there’s no miracle in animal products. The key factor, especially for bigger guys like me, is the nutrient density of the food.
For me, my sense of hunger acts as a compass. I’ve struggled with constant hunger for as long as I can remember, and I don’t always have the time, energy, or money to cook or seek out the best foods on an omnivore diet.
Compared to an omnivore or even a vegan diet, which requires a lot more planning and micromanagement, the animal-based diet is much simpler. I eat just 1-2 times a day with minimal cooking, usually sticking to 1-3 ingredients per meal. There’s no need for snacking, and I barely drink water between meals, maybe just a little
- Last year, I weighed around 120 kg. A few months ago, before increasing my meat intake in December, I was down to 110 kg.
- In January, after starting the carnivore diet, I became noticeably leaner and lost about 6–7 kg.
- Right now, I weigh around 107 kg.
- My monthly expenses used to be about $800–1,000.
- In January, I managed to reduce them to $550–650.
- If I can optimize everything, I believe I can sustain myself on $500 per month while eating only high-quality, 100% home-cooked, grass-fed food.
- My training routine:
- Twice a week: Sprinting, discus throwing, or shot put, and plyometrics at the stadium.
- Twice a week: Gym workouts, with about 85% focused on leg exercises.
- Right now, it’s hard to tell if I’ve gained strength in the gym, but if I notice any interesting adaptations in my sports performance, I’ll share them
Oh, wait, I recently noticed something interesting—my eyesight finally came into focus. I have pretty good vision, but for a while, I struggled to focus. However, about 8-10 days ago, it improved. I’m not sure what caused the change before and after, but I plan to check my eyesight again in a few months.

I just want to eat less and don’t feel hungry 100% of the time like I was before eating more meat,
right now it’s easy to eat 10-20 eggs a day and 1kg of meat and don’t feel hungry
then 4-5 kgs of vegetables or fruits for me
maybe i’ll change it in future.
it’s hard to adapt the diet just based on studies ignoring environment and my all
life and feelings,
first of all i don’t have that much time to study all this and experiment a lot.
same result for me
first 2-3 weeks was a bit hard because i was a bit tired but not hungry and it was too easy not to eat other food becuase hunger disappeared for few weeks
but since few days ago something started to change,
first i added more salt, I was trying to eat 6 grams of salt and i thought it was difficult to eat so much salt and not i just salt 5-10 gramma to every meal )
I feel kinda more energized
