Ive modeled my approach after I saw your photos and progress with this diet. Very interesting to see your latest update, as for me hunger has dropped significantly (only 2 weeks in so far) to the point of two meals a day, and barely hungry, even after all night and waking up to no hunger, where previously I was famished and could not function. I have lost kilos while not feeling hungry which is a first for me (could be from elimination side) removing carbs/seed oils. I believe eventually it could be incorporating small amount of carbs like saladino including natural sugar/fruit depending on energy usage, he surfs and consumes a lot of energy whereas I am mid range not as active.

first 2-3 weeks was a bit hard because i was a bit tired but not hungry and it was too easy not to eat other food becuase hunger disappeared for few weeks
but since few days ago something started to change,
first i added more salt, I was trying to eat 6 grams of salt and i thought it was difficult to eat so much salt and not i just salt 5-10 gramma to every meal )
I feel kinda more energized
