It's been about 45 days on the carnivore diet, and I'm starting to hate it.
I've adapted to the diet, but now I need to eat an enormous amount of food just to feel full.
Yesterday, I ate 15 eggs, 200 grams of jamón, 1 kg of beef heart, and about 200 grams of extra fat. And you know what? I was still hungry. The next morning, I woke up feeling like I could eat everything in sight.
I actually love the changes in my body, but I’m not fully ready for this lifestyle. I already cook all my meals, and at 120 kg, I need a lot of food. Thankfully, not all of it is muscle yet—if it were, I think I’d starve to death.
This diet has taught me a lot about what real hunger feels like.
But the problem is, I still earn the same average salary as my neighbor, who is 2–2.5 times smaller than me. And that makes affording this diet a real challenge.
