skills + knowledge + self-responsibility + Bitcoin = freedom
Sharing my hacks on how to dance with inflation
1. Leveraging the currency, e.g. earning a strong currency but spending weaker ones
2. Living a simple life
3. Storing money in Bitcoin
4. Getting things direct from the source
5. Keep stacking skills and creating

Beautiful sound
Imagine earning and spending in Bitcoin, roaming around with 12 seed words in your brain, nobody can tell you what you can and can't do with YOUR OWN MONEY, and no one can take it away from you, that's so liberating.
Spent some time writing down everything I need to maintain a healthy life ( surprisingly not much ), so the cheat code is slowly leveling up / crafting each of them instead of constantly being told what you need.
Then, you have all the time and attention to work on what truly matters.
strange - it seems to happen sometimes, but I didn't update anything 🧐
I'm finishing a long post about hamam:) stay tuned!
and the best part - you don't need anyone's permission.
I actually love receiving message over LN ⚡️
simple but thoughtful.
For me the big ones where,
Finding out I'm going to be a grandad 😁
Paying 80% of my debt off. What remains is interest free.
Put aside £2000 in savings, spend £800 of it and realise I can replace that over 3 months.
Set up and use a nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll server. I run my own nostr cleint and relay on it, the goal for 2024 is to start using the nostr:npub155m2k8ml8sqn8w4dhh689vdv0t2twa8dgvkpnzfggxf4wfughjsq2cdcvg on there.
Set up an eBay store, just to see if I can sell. Sold out in a few months. Goal for 2024 is to expand my plants and product range and turn a side hustle into business.
2024 won't let 2023 hit me on the arse on my way out 🤣🤣
cool, I'm not sure what the difference would be between running BTCpayserver in start9 or umbrel, as it's quite some hassle in Umbrel, so I ended up using voltage cloud for my sites, and it has been great so far:)
I was thinking of switching to GrapheneOS early this year, but then as I moved to a much smaller town, I was like how about I try to ditch the phone instead, so I don't need to keep thinking about what system switch to? Curing the root cause in a sense, so now I'm using my phone less and less, often just going out without a phone.
and thanks!
- horn hair comb made with a craftsman, and it takes three hours to make one, real proof of work!
- fabric got from some family workshops, I even hunted some of the handwoven ones; But I'm trying to level things up with natural dyes from next year and many upcoming fun:)
- no, it's not a stone; simply searching Kese is enough, it's super easy to shop in places with hamam culture.
- the first pic are made by people I trust - I mainly decided on the design and color part:)
- the second pic is all made by me! ( no, the red ones are like a mold for printing the pattern into leather )
- Where can one get the sand paper like thing without making one ourselves?
I guess you can easily shop the Kese online, but yeah it's hard to find the good quality ones these days, either costing a lot or really hard to find.
- what to use to get rid of the dead skin on the face?
You can also use kese, or simply try mixing turmeric, honey, yogurt, and chickpea to make a face mask.
*not a skincare expert, sharing as a reference:)
great - keep improving bit by bit every day and keep growing.
there isn't such thing as not being good enough - it's more like being at different stages in life.
That would be my main theme next year - crafting everything I need either with my own hand or at least from the people I trust.
and sneak peek 👀

What's hamma by the way?
*hammam in English - basically a steam bath then using a kese ( like sand paper ) to peel of all your dead skin!
Sharing some of my biggest changes in 2023
- I overcame my fear of writing in English
I used to be a bit shy when sharing things in English and even hired a native to proofread them, but now I share everything raw and even dare to share in a place full of smart people! I guess better focus on the value you provide instead of worrying about grammar or typos.
I started to write exactly on this day 6 years ago ( in another language ); I've made many mistakes and learned a lot from it, and yes - writing is one of the best POWs out there, I recommend everyone give it a try!
- I stopped buying stupid things
I deleted all the online shopping sites' accounts early this year and started to learn how to make things with my bare hand by being around craftsmen. Much proof coming up soon:) I guess this change is largely because I put most of my savings into BTC - precious money deserves real quality.
- I stopped using any makeup and use natural skincare only
I reached my fiat skincare peak in 2022 when I was in Amsterdam with many shopping bags from all kinds of brands, and I realized how stupid I was! Now I only use simple soap + oil + hamma, and my skin might be the best I've ever seen:)
what are your biggest changes this year? 👀
突然发现一件很有趣的事,回头看我干的任何事貌似在解决同一问题: exploring ways to regain self-sovereignty.

敢于destroy才能更好地create
I've noticed that some people are good at being told what to do, you might want to have them do the repetitive and less creative things; Yet some are at their best when left alone and do what they are good at, you should have them keep moving things forward and explore the unknown.
The art is how to blend in each type and make the best of both strengths.
