Beautiful doors and cats from my recent wandering โ€” unique, colorful, and cheerful! I think colors have a hidden effect to the mind.

thanks ๐Ÿค“โšก๏ธ

strange, could you try again? as I'm using npub.cash atm, it should work.

deleted the Upwork account last year which I used to use for hiring people, but now I pay directly in sats for the ones I enjoy working with. ( ofc I pilled them myself ๐Ÿ‘€ )

you really DON'T need to wait for the whole world to adapt Bitcoin, all you need just the good people whom you enjoy interacting with.

Went to a natural dye course last week and also got the play around a bit with weaving at the end. ๐Ÿ‘€ One of the takeaways from it is one can visually learn anything they want - with the right information, time, and patience.

But there are many dark forces that need to be fought with

a. Information censorship, from library burning throughout history to internet censorship to suppress the knowledge passing down.

b. Greedy people come up with different solutions yet without solving the root cause and keep draining people's time and energy - I realized that many problems can be solved with simple things, directly from nature instead of from labs or malls.

c. Entertainment is everywhere, distracting you from solving the problem yourself. So you keep depending on others, which leads to misery.

But the good news is that some of these knowledge are still here, living within the old generations and spreading in the hidden corners.

randomly walked into this cafe, it was the old furniture caught my eye at first, and then I ordered a few cookies to try; one of them was called leblebi cookies - Leblebi is roasted chickpeas, and they're amazing even as a snack, healthy and delicious. But I didn't know you could make cookies with its flour, and OMG, that was like the most delicious cookies I've tasted!

Then I started talking to the owner to show my appreciation, and it turned out that he used to work in the military and then he went to learn about baking a few years ago because he loves cooking, and now he runs this small cafe in which he crafts every detail possible, from the painting ( he did those himself ) to utensilsโ€”it's easy to have a nice design these days ( the majority are soulless tho ), but unique, amazing food and interesting stories are so HARD to come by.

Stories like that add extra flavor to the food, and talking with people who love doing their work really energizes me, you can even see the sparkings in their eyes. โœจ

sunbathing cats - living their best life.

Sometimes when you stop searching so hard for something, it just shows up - when least expected.

I see many people waiting for Bitcoin price to moon so to buy xyz, but I'm doing the oppositeโ€”craving and digging ancient knowledge so that I can MAKE my own things ( the most practical and beautiful possible ) and, ofc no longer need to touch all the chemical or plastic fiat things, and that's the ultimate win for me: being self-sufficient.

guess what I'm playing with:)

Part of the freedom is being able to create whatever you want, instead of buying from what's available. ๐Ÿ‘€

can't wait to show everyone what I've been making/playing with.

The future of e-commerce โšก๏ธ

1. a simple site built-in with sats

2. a Nostr account to deliver goods or contact

- No need to register any companies

- No need to apply for bank accounts

- No need to beg for licenses or certificates

What really matters is POW and web of trust, and of course your knowledge of Bitcoin.

It still amazed me how a tiny amount of programmers can come up with something to fight with all the banksters and the rooted system - does it mean the people are way more powerful than anything else once united?

Hmm, that's why the rulers are playing different tricks to separate people...

Playing around in the terminal last night, I feel I just started to learn how to really use the computer. ๐Ÿคฏ

If you also want to learn about GPG, the best thing you can do is not use any tools but start right from the terminal - all the tools bring more convenience but also take away some of the important leanings! I prefer taking baby steps, learning things one by one instead of skipping, and then later taking advantage of the tools. Otherwise, there would be many missing pieces to pick up later on if you don't have a solid foundation.

The same in Bitcoin - many people skip learning how to protect and restore the seeds due to the liking of convenience, but hey, not your keys, not your coins! The better direction is to learn how to self-custody first and then figure out how to take advantage of the custodial wallets instead of depending on them.

Learning and creating bring deep happiness, yet consuming brings shallow happiness and is mostly short-lived.

Many people keep consuming all day yet thinking why are they still unhappy? Because you've been lied to and trained to chase the engineered desires, which are unlimited - there will ALWAYS be something new, and whoever gets to control those gets to control you.

One of the best things I have learned as a female nomad is that I plan my activities according to my circles, not some outside calendar or holidays.

And you'd be amazed how productive you are if you plan things according to your own energy level instead of some outside calendars - your body isn't designed to work like a robot five days a week and from 9 to 5; you are a living human being with rhythms: when tired, you take a break; when full of energy, you do things! So simple.

I don't know how things work with men, but one tip I can give is to pay more attention to your partners, especially say/do less stupid things during certain times:) ๐Ÿ‘€

The path to regaining freedom is waking up from the illusion of security/safety and taking things back into your own hands, from as simple as verifying software to safeguarding your own money.
