💡Seeing that governments are screwing up every economy, their unmanageable spending, tax increases, there is only one way out of it.
Go off the grid, have multiple residences and citizenships and navigate alone in this world with minimized interactions with gov. You cannot change bad government incentives and there is no point in fighting them. However, you can adjust your own life and make the best of it by taking advantage of the particular advantages of different jurisdictions. Not relying on governments is what you want to achieve.

Cuba is waiting to be capitalized more than 60years.
I believe that for tourists it is like a trip in a time-machine and nice escape from over industrialized world.
However living in Cuba is a struggle and everything has different perspective in this light.

In total simplicity and bit of generalization the most important is your testosterone level.
It is a driver, gives lots of energy to handle uncomfortable sh*t and make it executed.

Testosterone’s killer is: lack of sleep, bad / not enough nutrition, frequent use of drugs/alcohol, mental stress, comfortable life.
Mental stress is total testosterone killer. However physical stress is a testosterone booster. Such as strength training (lifting heavy sh*t), HIIT, Anaerobic strength training, sauna(hot/cold)…
Just a side effect: testosterone is a anabolic for muscles 💪🏽
If you want to be sure where you at, just go for a blood test and have total testosterone and free testosterone levels checked.
