Still, the lazy side of me is fine with it all and keeps having plenty of fun on those other crappy channels.

I’m going on a spiritual trip to the mountains on Wednesday night, and the advice was to reduce my caffeine intake to zero. Does anyone have any tips?
P.S. I’ve already cut down to one espresso per day because I’m a bit worried about the headaches, especially since I’m still working hard.
