It’s now official, we will stay in the Netherlands for another year, but this time in a much nicer apartment in a better location. This will be much more enjoyable, especially for our daughters.
This allows my wife and me to further develop our (location independent) business with focus in a great environment, and then we’ll hit the road again (traveling and looking for another place to live outside of Europe).

Amazing. Not there yet, but by now, my focus is primarily and automatically on NOSTR when I want to add value through social media. The rest has become much less relevant to me, but I don’t yet have the courage to ‘turn it off’ since, for example, I still generate a decent amount of revenue through LinkedIn.
Imagine working hard for two days straight moving houses while also maintaining your own business activities, and the only thing you can think about is how you’re letting NOSTR down by not posting anything for those two days.
That’s how far my commitment has come…

After traveling for 4 years with my amazing wife and two daughters, I’m now back in the Netherlands for a year…
And even though I’m anything but the same person I was when I left, and thus experience everything completely differently on the inside, everything on the outside is just as fiat as when I departed.
I realize that with my own energy, I cannot sufficiently change my environment, and that it’s indeed much better in other places.
Once you’ve seen and experienced a higher natural energy, it’s very difficult to accept ‘less’ as your default state.
As soon as my business can operate fully location-independently in terms of revenue, we’re heading out into the wide world again.
You can count on that.
