Oh but also def not enough HD space. IBD will take a while on a dual core, but would eventually finish. But not enough space for the chain on 25GB

Running directly on the host or even in a container would likely net better results that a full VM guest.

User error... I thought obtainium updated it but it was actually stuck mid download. All good now! Thanks

Hang in there. When you aren't using hashtags, only your followers see your posts (people don't often browse the global feed). Use hashtags and engage in other conversations. You'll gain followers and over time more interaction with your posts

Anyone have a federation code I can use to play around with mutiny? πŸ™πŸ™

Proposal already exists!

Love this idea. nostr:npub1jlrs53pkdfjnts29kveljul2sm0actt6n8dxrrzqcersttvcuv3qdjynqn expanded on it to include the idea of private *and* public read receipts. I hadn't thought if it like that!

Makes it useful for not only synchronizing notifications across clients but also implementing read receipts in a more typical user-to-user fashion. Very cool!

nostr:npub1jlrs53pkdfjnts29kveljul2sm0actt6n8dxrrzqcersttvcuv3qdjynqn is this already implemented in coracle?

yea that's what I was thinking. A new note each time you clear a batch of notifications which references the noteIds read. Worst case, you other client doesn't grab the list and the notifications are uncleared on the second client. Best case the noteids included are marked as read. Seems like it would work πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Would be pretty sweet if there was some kind of note that could signal to clients the notifications I have already cleared on other clients. Terrible idea? Something someone has already discussed?
