Lume v2 - Progress Update
I'm working on a brand new editor for Lume, providing a clean and focused experience. It also supports multiple kinds of events.
The development process is taking longer than I expected, so I will move some new features that were planned for v2 to v2.1 instead, including:
- NIP-44
- NIP-28
- Some new widgets
So, I will release Lume v2 on this Thursday, then I will collect feedback and bug reports to polish the current features. After that, I will release v2.1 with more new features shortly after.

Lume is an amibtious app with a nice interface but it absolutely will not connect via tor or http proxy on Linux Mint. And by not connecting I do mean absolutely not at all.
It will not reach any relays via a http proxy or a socks proxy configured with proxychains or torsocks or ncat. Something is preventing its operation with proxies. This is a deal breaker for me and many other people who use tor.

I have already seen this site. It is too much information. And for me $confusing != $cool. This is why I ask for recommendations and information from people who have experience with particular softwares. I don't have time to download, compile, install, and test all these various applications.
The ones I did try sucked. So I gave up. If it is so cool, somebody should cut through the confusion or else userbase won't grow much, if at all. More than a billion use Facebook because there is no confusion. The user knows exactly where to go and how to use it.
That's it folks, I hope you enjoyed this meme blast from the past. And always remember: move forward and look upward, without nostalgia nor utopia.

Would you give some suggestions for the use of nostr, and secondly for the bridging of nostr to pleroma or any other lightweight fediverse instance software?
1. which nostr clients do NOT reveal private keys to the relay?
2. which nostr clients are usable?
3. which nostr client has the least bugs, or at least doesn't crash?
4. what are some good, low-resource nostr relay softwares?
5. what nostr <==> fedivers bridge software is usable?
6. thoughts, suggestions, wisdom, etc.?
I see so many options for nostr that I can't figure where to start. I don't have time to download, compile, and test so many options.
