So I've been learning web app development, largely thanks to #FirebaseStudio and my own determination. Its very different than making games in #Godot but im having fun.

My drawing app, now turns drawings into a work of art. I like to test with "sad Batman", but it works for whatever you want to draw.

I have also had my first lesson in deploying an app and then watching as it breaks once it is in the real world. 😕

As soon as I get the backend issues sorted, I will properly share it. Until then, enjoy some sad Batmen.

This last week has been a huge learning experience. #FirebaseStudio has yielded pretty much the same results for me as everyone else, errors and broken code.

It's made me start looking into actual frameworks, like #Svelte and trying to become a better developer. Just so I can have a better understanding of what's going on.

I need more developer friends on here. I've been looking at the Nostr development tools and might try to find some way to incorporate Nostr into the Godot Game engine. If anyone has helpful tips or insights, I'd love to learn more!

As I said previously, I'm currently developing an app with #FirebaseStudio atm. I'm just playing around and trying to develop a #Nostr app. I have successfully got a client up and running, since I can see my account details populate and I'm able to write this message.

(I haven't even published the project or anything, I'm still very much just testing right now. But wow if this works... )

It doesn't even look like this anymore. I added some parallax scrolling to the background, and tweaked the gameplay a bit. I also got the display issues fixed on my sons phone.

I was inspired to make a Flappy Bird clone, with a bat. It's a fun little game made in Godot. If you want to check it out, it's free and runs in your browser.
