Umbrel only has a personal Nostr relay option, not a public one that you can expose to everyone. It's a limited personal relay that just stores your notes privately for you. It's not a full blown public relay solution.
Second, AFAIK, the WiFi option only works on x86 systems. There's no wifi for ARM systems. It's always only been Ethernet only for Pi 's. And wifi for x86 has only been available for a few months.
If you want to play with all the relay options available for nostr, just install a regular copy of Linux on your Pi.
