I feel better now!🤍 For the last two days, I've had cramps and I don’t think it's normal to have so much pain during menstruation. I've been struggling with cramps for about two years now. Before that, my periods were very peaceful. Every month, cramps disrupt my routine, and a day full of cramps is often unproductive. Imagine sitting at work like that. My nutrition isn't too bad. Maybe cramps are a way for me to release negative emotions during the month, but I don’t know. There could be so many reasons and I am working on resolving it. Until then, to hell with cramps!🩸🖕🏼

Bulk auto zaps are a terrible idea. Encourages spam, removes the incentive to actually put energy toward a note. Perfect for spammers.
