Something i love even more is farm sounds mixed with wild bird song on a spring morning!
My thoughts after my first 24 hours on Nostr are:
1. There’s a learning curve here but seems worth figuring out.
2. Is this some portal to internet back when it was still new and fun?
3. What? I can post photos of my farm and not play the algorithm game? Awesome.
4. Who is Dan?
5. I think I’ll like it here.

Gm. I often make a rabbit salad with fresh bulb fennel, celery, other greens, toasted sunflower, with dressing using garlic, lemon, mayo, shallot, red wine vinegar. Amazing. I sometimes eat it on fresh bread too

Hatching a plan today. I wasnt intending on keeping these, more of a test batch to check fertility. I have a broody hen to adopt half of these, but looking for someone else to take some. Seems like the backyard poultry demand has beening waning since covid. #homesteading #farmstr #chickens

In the garden mostly today. Dug up a hibernating tree #frog. I didnt realize they hibernated in the ground. Ive seen lots of toads doing this. Overwintering spinach is looking good and i transplanted a succession bed of spinach. Even a little badminton in the yard with my 2 kids. Tree swallows arrived here too.
