response: "x86_64 GNU/Linux"

I've gone fishing.

I just heard an American say ‘adoo’. I’ll admit it took me a few moments, but I guessed the meaning from the fact they were leaving.

I believe the word ought to have been ‘adieu’.

Internet auf.

"Religiöse Gedanken steigern Akzeptanz von KI"

Internet zu.

This is the word for ‘lion’ in Bavarish. I think.

Oh, I missed this on August 1st: 2500 days smoke free. #sundayConfession

Congratulations to Booking for their new "online check-in" BS in which they collect even more data to "share with the hotel".

Thanks, but as long as there's a dusty reception at the establishments I book, I'll use it.

TIL that Froscon's on right now. Shame I missed it; either it wasn't "advertised" sufficiently here, or I've been blind.

No more trying to create multimillion dollar corporations on blank napkins, ever again!

I'm trying to help my niece and need your help please.

If you're familiar with "Password Safe and Manager" (icon below), do you know whether it stores its data in an iTunes backup?

iPhone is completely destroyed, and she will recover onto a new device soonest but she's nervous wether the last iTunes (i.e. cabled) backup contains the passwords from this app.

Any idea?

I can't find any Apple doc which indicates how to see CONTENT of a backup (not just the numbered files comprising the backup)

Found in the pantry while stacking mustard. My afternoon is saved. #nluug
