I've sold plenty. Blockstream advertises plenty. Friends of mine sell salves, coffee mugs, t-shirts....ebooks, all manner of things. There's no central marketplace right now, but peer to peer sales happen plenty.

Has to be unfortunately. Simple reason is only a Pixel supports every firmware and bootloader level security feature for third party OS's. For most Android phones you must keep your bootloader unlocked which is a big security risk.

I recommend a 6a if you want a decent one that'll be supported for a few years on a budget. Can probably get em on eBay for half retail. And retail was only $399 or something.
